Sets the real-world scale of the print. A photo of a 10″ wide piece of fabric → 10.

Tips & shortcuts

On a touch screen: drag a piece with one finger to move it, drag empty space to pan, and pinch to zoom. The bar under a selected piece rotates, mirrors, duplicates and deletes it, and the ☑ button lets you tap several pieces to select them together.

Shift + click: Select several pieces
Drag on empty space: Box-select pieces
R / Shift+R: Rotate 90° clockwise / anticlockwise
H / V: Mirror horizontally / vertically
Ctrl+D: Duplicate selection alongside
Ctrl+C / V: Copy / paste
Delete: Remove selected pieces
L: Lock / unlock the layout (fabrics can still be changed)
Arrow keys: Nudge (hold Shift for 1″)
Ctrl+A: Select all
Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z: Undo / redo
Mouse wheel · + − 0: Zoom · fit
Hold Space and drag, or right-drag: Pan around
Hold Alt while dragging: Move without snapping
